Disney+ Hotstar paid Rs 65 crores for the OTT platform rights to this film for all Indian languages. Recently, Disney+ Hotstar acquired the streaming rights to several major Telugu films, including RRR, The Warriorr, Akhanda, and Khiladi.

Liger Movie will be available for streaming 4 weeks after its theatrical release thanks to a deal between Puri Connect and Dharma Productions with Disney+ Hotstar. Due to the fact that Vijay Devarakonda’s Liger Movie will be released in theatres on August 25, 2022, it will be available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on September 22, 2022.

Liger will make its digital debut on Disney+ Hotstar four weeks after its theatrical release, according to OTT Updates Telugu. According to a source close to the production company, the release was originally scheduled for eight weeks after its theatrical debut. Puri Jagannadh chose the streaming platform (Disney+ Hotstar) because it offered a premium for a release after 4 weeks.
