The seven-year-old budding Archie Schiller was selected as Australia’s captain for the Boxing Day Test (Third Test) to be held at Melbourne on December 26 as part of Australia’s tour. Archie Schiller was diagnosed with heart failure at the age of three months. Since then, he has had many heart surgeries. I’m still struggling to save lives.
But Archie Schiller is very passionate about cricket. His dream is to Play For national team Australia. Knowing this, the ‘Make a Wish Australia’ came forward to meet the desire of Schiller. They convinced Cricket Australia Board, taking into consideration the Foundation appeal, CIA placed Archie Schiller as a 15th player to the Melbourne Test. Archie, a leg-spinner, is playing with other team members. He is Fan of Australian Spinner Nathan Lyon. Archie Schiller joined with Tim Paine, Kohli, and also attended an event on Sunday. Today he received his Test cap from his favourite player Nathan Lyon.
